"They seem all nice and helpful when you give them money, but once you need to lower your rate due to certain circumstances they dance around your questions telling you what is and what isn’t cheaper without letting you see the clear picture. They understand words that put money in their pocket. When you need to cancel something or change something that involves them loosing out, they do the best to ignore you without making it seem like they are. The phones won’t work, emails won’t be answered, and they’ll say you said something you didn’t say. Thanks Tina. Thanks for wasting my money and my time."
