"Car insurance rates are increasing everywhere, regardless of who you are, where you live, or what insurance you have. Most insurance companies will just wait until you call, feeling blindsided by the sudden increase you saw on your statement , and just tell you "it is what it is" , but not State Farm! Usually when I get a call from someone trying to "save me money", I think "yeah sure" and roll my eyes... Until Tina called me. She informed about the upcoming rate increases and was sincere in her desire to help me. She had recommended adding the Hospital Indemnity Insurance to my plan. She explained everything in detail, was patient with all my questions, and gave me quotes in a matter of seconds and honestly, I don't know why anyone wouldn't want it! She explained that by adding a second policy, I would receive a discount on my auto insurance. So by adding this policy, (in which the benefits are paid to you if admitted to the hospital) I could rest easy knowing that if something were happen and I ended up in the hospital, I would be able to cover most if not all of my medical expenses, and thanks to the discount I receive for adding a second policy, it's only a few bucks more a month than what I'm currently paying for just auto! The hospital policy is an absolute no brainer. Tina is the most amazing agent there is! I would never even consider switching from State Farm, simply because of the level of understanding, care and support Tina provides."
